Our Process

Planning an event with CB Catering is both fun and easy. We have a dedicated project coordinator / manager assigned to your event that will be helping guide you through the entire process whether planning an intimate gathering or a large gala, your project coordinator / manager will work with you to create the perfect menu and an atmosphere that enhances the occasion.

After initial contact you will receive a new client application form to fill out, after we have received this back from you we start by consulting with you in-person or over the phone / web-conferencing about your vision and ideas, drawing inspiration from your favorite foods, restaurants, event goals, and personality.

We will assist you to select the perfect menu & venue that fits your vision. After going through all the specifics for your event we create a custom proposal for you with all your wishes and desires and last but not least lots of fun food tastings till you are 210% happy! Exceeding your expectations is our biggest commitment to you!
